Nikolaevka is just 28km from Varna and is one of the most popular villages with ex-pats due to the development of hotels and an apartment complex with Spa resort centre on the shoes of the large lake at the village. The village is well-connected having received an E.U. grant to reconstruct some of the local roads, as well as make improevments to the village centre and lakeside resreation area.
This property is one of the closest in the village to the lake itself, being around 200m (a 3 minite walk) away.
