Two large double French doors open onto the lawned garden with a stunning 8x6m swimming pool which includes a separate fabulous Jacuzzi section, sunbathing and barbeque areas. There are sun-beds and deckchairs for use around the pool, plus a shaded area to escape from the full sun. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles (air conditioned). The double room has a door opening onto the verandah which leads to the large outdoor relaxation and dining area with large table and chairs and views of the forest. The relaxation area also has outdoor stairs leading directly to the garden and pool area. Also on this floor is a family bathroom and separate WC. A staircase leads from the hallway to the second floor.

On the second floor there are again two bedrooms (air conditioned). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room and WC, and a terrace with seating and views to the forest. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds.

The bus stop just two minutes walk away provides a regular service to the city, the journey time being just 10 minutes. It is also possible to connect locally to the buses to St.Konstantine and Golden Sands.
